Unrest in Iran |
Legal Justification
Legal Justification
The first step in to start repression, is to cut communications with the outside world. Why this? This is because beatings, torturing and killings of innocent civilians must happen without letting out proofs. Proofs that can, sooner or later, be used against the criminals that abuse human rights.
Professional trained criminals are cruel when abusing unarmed people. But they are the first to run like rats and hide when Justice is going after them. Because they know that they did wrong. Because they are cowards enough to abuse defenseless people.
No matter the efforts put up by Khamenei’s regime to cut communications to other countries
This is what one senior Iranian citizen said, seeing the general beating of citizens: “Thirty years of Revolution and this is what we get (from this government)”.
Meanwhile, Khamenei nominated general Saeed Mortazavi, an Iranian prosecutor, to conduct the trials on the 1,500 arrested up to now.
Human Rights Watch said. “The leading role of Saeed Mortazavi in the cracksdown of Tehran should set off alarm bells,” it said.
The world is already aware who this new Roland Freislerwill do. Documents and annotations will be made on the behavior of this so called judge, which is known for “his abuse of prisoners, has been put in charge of arresting and investigating dissidents. Mortazavi has a long record of involvement in cases of torture, illegal detention and extracting false confessions.” Source Amnesty International.
Mr. Mortazavi is known also for being present at the torture of detainees. Under torture, the protesters can confess anything, even that the protesters were commanded by the CIA or the pope.
This happens because even the most totalitarian régime needs legal justification to commit crimes. Stalin staged the infamous processes in the 1930’s to purge the soviet Army and the Communist Party from his enemies. Hitler also used some devious judges to show some kind of legal justification to some of his crimes.
Mr. Mortazavi should know that by now all his acts are being registered for later use in the case he faces justice for his illegal actions. Will Mortazavi finish his life like Roland Freisler? We do not know. But Mortazavi knows too much about the mass rigged ‘legal’ processes even for the Iranian government let him live for too much.
At the proper time, he will be done with by his own friends and some Western country will be blamed for this.
Under the law of God:
"Allah does not forbid you respecting those who have not made war against you on account of (your) religion, and have not driven you forth from your homes, that you show them kindness and deal with them justly; surely Allah loves the doers of justice" Koran (60-8) “…take not life, which God hath made sacred, except by way of justice and law: thus doth He command you, that ye may learn wisdom.” [Al-Qur’an 6:151].
“Otherwise, as I have already said, a government not respecting the people’s vote has no religious or political legitimacy. I ask the police and army personnel not to “sell their religion”, and be aware that receiving orders will not excuse them before God.” Grand Aiatollah Montazeri June 2009.
The ones that kill innocent citizens, are blasphemers are blasphemers because they go against the law of God.
Under the law of men.
“The Iranian government at this time has ceased to be a legitimate government. A government primary role is to protect its citizens. They have done the exact opposite. They have hired thugs from the rural areas of Iran, Syria and Lebanon to beat, terrorize andkill its citizens. They pay the Lebanese more than the Iranian. 200,000 Tomans or $200. When your government takes measures to kill you…that is no longer your government! This is no longer about an election!” Anonymous post on Youtube.
“Crimes against international law are committed by men, not by abstract entities, and only by punishing individuals who commit such crimes can the provisions of international law be enforced” (Judgment of the Nuremberg Tribunal, 30th September and 1st October 1946, Cmd. 6964, Misc. No. 12, London: H.M.S.O 1946, p. 41)
