Hello and thank you for viewing my post. I am writing on behalf of my brother and neice, John and Alexa Lazazzaro. After serving our country in the Air Force faithfully for four years as an MP, my brother moved back to Las Vegas, and found work as a security guard for a local casino. It was around this time he met who would be his fiance, she became pregnant, and he went to culinary school to become a sous chef in order to provide a better future for his daughter. When she was born he was working two jobs and going to school at night to support his family. upon graduation he found a good job as a chef, and thats when the problems arose. At that time I suffered a bad motorcycle wreck which resulted in my discharge from the Marine Corps. I was not able to walk and was in physical rehab. My brother flew me back to LV and let me stay with him till I could recover. In the meantime his fiance was threatning him with leaving and taking the baby. When Alexa was about nine months his fiance left and moved back to her mothers. She then began to refuse to let my brother see his child. A court case ensued, and the courts said that until she put the child in a compromising situation that he was basically powerless. Soon after the first case, she took Alexa to Washington state without informing the courts, or my brother, when he called the police they said to contact them after two weeks, two weeks later they told him to contact WA state police, but they did nothing. She returned about three months later, set on not letting my brother see his daughter. She brought back some new guy, and was telling her that it was her new daddy. My brothers heart was broken. Soon after he disappeared, she began working as a waitress in a local bar, and staying out all night. Then about two years ago she met a person named Dusty Chambers, and found out that he was charged with the rape of 11 year old girl and molestation of a minor and was on the run from the WA state police, upon learning of this she got married to him, and proceeded to tell my brother that she got married and is moving to WA with him. And yet the courts still did nothing. just last week they returned to court and the judge basically told him he had no case against her still!! Just last night she called and asked my brother to sign over all rights to see his daughter, because sh claims that " she doesnt need him in her life" Both me and my brother are at our wits end with this girl, the courts, and the unfair treatment of a good father who did nothing wrong except meet the wrong girl. Please help shed some light on this injustice for a great father a man who served his country. Thank you for reading this
