"Polypharmacy Scenario"
Fatcs: Michael Jackson was in great physical shape, but what happened?
The insurance agent stated that Michael had "hay fever" and if he was being treated, I can disclose a possible cause of death.
Usually, for hay fever those that need immediate help is given Terfenadine, a corticosteroid/ muscle relaxant. Corticosteroids effect the CNS and muscle relaxers effect the ANS.
Michael was 50, he rehearsed for hours and probably without adequate fluid intake. When taking Terfenadine, water is necessary and body temp should be monitored. This drug causes you to perspire ans an increase in body temp that can lead to death if not treated.
Situation, Michael was in pain and was administered an opiod(demerol), that depresses respiratory system, effects CNS and reduces sleep time. ( Michael was sleep deprived)
Michael was also taking Terfenadine, that also causes respiratory depression because ot effects the CNS, but it is also a muscle relaxer that effects the ANS, the ANS effects the vocal tract. Question???
Did Michael complain of having problems with vocalization? In addition, Michael was given Demerol for pain, prescribed Terfenadine for "hay fever," and was given Diprivan for sleep deprivation.
In conclusion, all these drugs cause respiratory depression and Diprovan causes an induced coma. Now if there is respiratory failure, the brain is deprived of oxygen and blood, those two things are vital to life. If the brain does not get oxygen it can not supply blood to the body and heart, this leads to cardiac arrest, resulting in Michael Jackson's demise.
Scenario, Michael was in pain, give him Demerol. Michael has hay fever and needs to be able to rehearse so give him Terfenadine, but now Michael can't sleep so the doctor agreed to monitor him while giving him IV Diprivan, but Michael stops breathing and the doctors panic and initiates CPR. Now, Michael has a weakened pulse so the doctor administers Atrophine , due to respiratory failure, but is unsuccessful, the doctor panics and calls for help, "someone call 911, Michael is not breathing!
Yes Michael had a number of injection marks, most of them was due to his poor vein sufficency. He was given Demerol in injection form, wherever he had fatty tissue. The marks near his heart was from the doctor tha unintentionally, caused his demise.
The ethical thing for the doctor to do is admit his wrong doing. It was not intentional, but it is apparent and logical that this is how the icon lost his life. "He Just Wanted To Get Rid Of The Pain and Go To Sleep!
Now this is murder, Michael Jackson was very fragile, veins were probably in horrible shape due to hydration and continued IV usage of presbribed meds.
