    SiChuan Earthquake: Government Reconstruction

    I took this photo in SiChuan, on the highway from ChengDu, the capital of SiChuan Province, to Mao County, a mini city located a hour away from the epic center of the earthquake. The local government is using the money, apparently, to improve to infrastructures in the province, including building new roads, as shown in the photo.
