On 7-1-2009 Child Protective Services seized the Bank of America account of Larry J. Chapman SR living in Safford, Arizona.
It appears that Both Child Protective Services and Bank of America failed to verify Mr Chapman SSR number, DOB and other vital information before proceeding with the seizure.
Mr Chapman is know penneyless and has been told by an Child Protective Service Officer that it may take several weeks for him to recover the money that was in his bank account.
It is also confirmed that the Bank account can no longer be accessed through Mr Chapmans online account and Mr Chapman has been denied access to his Countrywide Home Loan account.
