Best of both worlds
To be completely honest, 99.9 percent of all my outdoor cooking is done on the Big Green Egg........because is really is the best grill / smoker available.
However, if extra cooking space is required, there is a convection grill on the other side of the fireplace, ready to be fired up and placed into action at a moments notice.
If you are an weekend griller, or a professional chef, I strongly encourage everyone to have a Big Green Egg.
