    RIP Yves Saint-Laurent He challenged fashion by giving us the pantsuit, thus redefining how we dress today. Pants began being used by women in contemporary society in the 1940's with the austerity of the war. I believe Dior came back with the dresses after the war and Mr. Saint-Laurent brought us the renown pantsuit later on. He was also the first to use a female Black model.
