     Burma's Army is probably the first in the history of mankind to use cyber weapon in ethnic cleansing of her minorities. It was unheard of it during Bosnia, Rawanda and Kosovo's conflicts.President Obama said recently at D-Day's memorial " Nazi ideology sought to subjugate, humiliate, and exterminate. It perpetrated murder on a massive scale, fueled by a hatred of those who were deemed different and therefore inferior. It was evil. " So too, this is an evil and be defeated.

Western Medias and Intelligence has shown as if they do NOT notice that Burma's military had devised something in addition to their well-exposed RAPE and MURDER - a smart and simple cyber weapon to reinforce their ethnic cleansing policies indiscriminately for so many years. The spread-use of this smart weapon - Zawgyi font, popularly known as Gawgyi in Burmese Communities - is entirely due to negligence of Western Companies or turning a blind - eye to the spread. Perhaps sheer GREED.

(Burmese military has fooled US State Department a couple of year ago. Just before State Department has finished building a new multi-million dollar Embassy in Rangoon, military Government moved hurriedly to present Capital , leaving US Embassy' staff nothing-to-do in former capital city.)

Google's publicly stated that they provide platforms for fully-compliant to Unicode 5.1 encoding fonts ONLY. But in reality, they deliberately TURN a blind eye and letting their platforms ( Products) abused by inconsiderate Burmese . Google's Products such as - Youtube, Search Engine and Blogspot.com are the most places used by Burmese with the weapon created by Burmese military. When a search is done through Google's Search, with Burmese words-character-sequencing by Zawgyi font - one can get 20 pages of search results and 80% are from Blogspot.com domain.

This is new warfare weapon and Burmese military is proving the world though they live in jungle and decades behind neighbor :Thailand their weapon is very far-reaching and can be categorized as WMD. One can not find this in James' Modern Weaponry magazine nor Laura Bush's mention in her recent article about Not- forgetting-Burma during Iran's crisis in The Wahington Post. Burmese military is digging 800 underground secret tunnels with the BIG help from another rogue-state North Korea and at the same time having platform-vehicles for her ignorant foot soldiers - Google and the likes doing dirty works for them.

US's tax-payers funded BBG is aiding the Burmese military through her children : VOA and RFA as foot soldiers too. Their web pages display arrogantly in violation of World Wide Web (W3C)'s Guidelines that they use Burmese abused- Unicode fonts and force visitors to download and use it if they want to read their news articles. Administrators are fully aware of how destructive of this Zawgyi weapon to the ethnic minorities for a long time but ignore to remedy it , perhaps they want to rewrite the Charter of Umbrella's Organization and fool General Accounting Office (GAO).

But another US Dept of Education's website only accept Burmese standard font and boldly declare that on front page.

It is widely-beleived that Burmese military IT department , headed by Lt_General Myint Swe, developed this Zawgyi font with ill-intentions - ethnic cleansing - and slip-streamed through bogus-Company ( as front) named Zawgyi and released through Burmese Communities.
This is newest form of attacking cultures and languages of minority languages - attempt to wipe out - in modern IT Age;

Above are Unicode chart (in pdf) for Burmese languages. Since some characters of majority Bamar(Myanmar) and minority are same shape and functions - upper section AAA has all of Bamar(Myanmar) characters and some minority characters. Lower Section has been embodied and approved by Unicode 5.1 encoding to accomodate solely for minority language characters which are not same each other and with Bamar language.
Abused-Unicode fonts, the worst is Zawgyi font, gobbles up all AAA section and BBB section. So code points for minority languages - are used up and in that way display for minority languages - renders wrongly or no show at all. If you view Unicode chart in pdf format, you can see clearly.
