Okay, I am sorry... I don't live in LA and to be honest, I only like maaayyybbbbeee three MJ songs total and am not a huge fan of his since he was accused multiple times of child _________ you fill in the blanks....

About the HELP LA wants to pay for this poor soul and his send off.  Yes, this is mostly for the fans and thier clousure....  I have asked others who are about 10 - 15 yrs my senior if this is just as crazy as the Elvis send off..  The response was yes and it would have been HUGE if cable and internet was around then too...

I digress....  If LA wants help funding the MJ send off I can only think of one thing... $$$Michael$$$Jackson$$$  estate should be billed with a letter of condolenses.  LA nor California should not be saddled with this MIchael Fest anymore than I should be charged with speeding if someone else was speeding.....  His family could VERY well have said no, this would be too expensive for the state to fund and with Michaels fiances in limbo we would need to look at other ways to remember....  Mike Jackson has money, JANET has LOTS of money too and maybe tito and whoever else the other Jackson 5 were might have something stowed in a matress... My father died in 1992 and the state of Illinois did not offer to pay for a rememberence nor a huge venue like the Stabled Center (United Center)... Hummm, logic says.... send the bill to the Jacksons with a letter of condolences.

RIP Michael....   You made your family proud...
