Big Green Egg Grilling and Outdoor Living
We love to grill and be outdoors so we recently remodeled our home to add an outdoor kitchen, screened porch, fire-pit, and hot tub. My favorite part of the entire addition would be the Big Green Egg (BGE)! Ribs and pork butts are my absolute favorite!! It the past I would try to get my ribs to the "fall off the bone" status but I was just not able to get it there. After the first time I used the BGE for my ribs, I gave my old smoker to my neighbor! The BGE is so efficient can smoke butts at 225 for 18 hours and never have to add any more charcoal. I promise you once you go Big Green...you will never go back!
Our new outdoor addition has been great for our family as well as for doing a lot of entertaining. Having the BGE, frig with cold beer, and a 42" flat screen on the screened porch...makes being in the dog house not so bad!
