Black/White and blueyellow
That's easy, Robin,
The black flag indicates that a driver is not in compliance with the sanctioning body of NASCAR in some way. The guilty party must enter pit road at a reasonable time after the black flag is displayed. If the driver does not adhere to the flag he/she will not be scored after a warning is issued
The white flag means simply one more lap to go.
The blue/yellow flag tells a driver to yield to an approaching driver. A driver who is a lap or laps down may try to impede the progress of an oncoming driver. This may be tolerated to some degree, but when this flag is displayed the driver is to yield to the path of the approaching car.
