My name is Kerry Jackson. I am a retired Fairfax County, Va. firefighter. A fellow firefighter put me on the Big Green Egg and we attended Egg Fest 2006 in Waldorf, Md. I was sold and purchased my First Medium Big Green Egg. We cook just about every weekend and usually once or twice during the week. I since have sold the Big Green Egg to my neighbor who recently purchased a Large Big Green Egg, and 2 years ago another fellow firefighter, after hearing me rave about the Egg purchased one. He purchased a Medium Egg and this year purchased a Large Egg and I bought his Medium Egg. I took my Grill table to a local aluminum shop and had it customised to fit 2 Medium Big Green Egg's. We have most of the accesories Big Green Egg offers. Tonight we enjoyed Shrimp skewers with onion and pepper's on one Egg and the other had Chicken and fresh squash from the garden.
