    The same Judge Dept 76 Vincent Chiarello who refused to make any comment with Mercury News in regards to the outcome of Alycia Mesiti Allen's death has turned over another child to a rapist child molester. The mother of the child confronted Chiarello many times in his court. Verbally spoke out, "Judge you have turned my daughter defenseless child over to a rapist." The rapist, just like Alycia's muderer have criminal records and spent Jail Time. Vincent Chiarello has been provided with these evidence. Could Alycia have been saved ?
