    President Obama- No ash trays -No Smoking

    Perhaps it would deter him from smoking if they take all the ash trays out of the white house! Also in most states they now have no smoking laws in and around public buildings . Is the White house considered  a public government building and does DC have no smoking laws in public buildings?
