    Breaking news

China: Soy sauce made by waste human hair in hair salon

This is another food industry "rule" compare to milk incident in China:

One day a girl from a hair salon nearby told me that, there are people  buy human hair from their salon, one of the purpose is to sell these hair to soy sauce factory,

I was shocked, at before I only know the usage of cutted hair is to make fake hair ,

then I searched google, there are already have reports about the same issues in some other big cities in China. Some of them explained that, soy sauce should be made by soy bean only, human hair is much cheaper than soy bean, but they also contain some amino acid,so factories use hydrolyzed hair mixed with color to make cheap "soy sauce",it can also meet some amino acid test level, but these wasted hair could also contain poisonous materials like lead from human body, or hair dye remained on cutted hair .

The milk issue actually also has been reported several years ago, but nobody take it serious until the first patient be reported in public .

So I wish CNN could do something.....
