    This was meant to be a figure of speech Latin people are supposed to be loving and passionate ,this brings the best in them .it just a saying. ask any Latin like Spanish Italians and Greeks and the french, we are all Latinos .Give it up stop , those republicans don"not understand the world It was meant to be an inspirational   to    the students
