Big Green Egg Rib Recipe
This is a recipe I got from a BGE representative who claimed he had used to win some cooking contests. It's great.
Prepare the ribs with your favorite rub.
Cook at 250-300 degrees for one hour, turning every 10-15 minutes.
Take the ribs off and place in a V-rack. Put the V-rack in a pan and pour 1/2 - 1 inch of apple juice into the pan. At this point, you can brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
Cover the ribs with aluminum foil, place back on grill and cook for 2 hours.
They fall off the bone.
