I read about the Egg some years back and I knew I wanted one. I have always grilled with gas but I don't think I will ever go back. I looked on Ebay for a long time and had an ad on the Craiglist that read:

Wanted big Green Egg, Inside the ad it read: Want one but don't have much money just want one.

   This went on for a couple of months and one day I finally got a response. Her name was Ecogirl and she wrote: My Husband has a Big Green egg and now he is gone and his Egg could be yours if you come and get it. Well I picked it up and never looked back. When I brought it to its new home I built a cedar table for it to rest in. The table was made from some old wood that was thrown away. Using my Planer I brought the wood back to life.

    When it was complete I emailed Ecogirl some Pic’s to assure her that the Egg had found a good home.
