    One tradition during the Celina Lake Festival held in Celina, Ohio is for the newly crowned Lake Festival Queen to kiss the first fish caught at the Kids Fishing Derby. Unlucky for her, it was a 16 inch catfish! Well, maybe it will still turn into her Prince Charming...
