    Art in the Alley

    OCEANSIDE--A cow made of recycled shoes is displayed on the sidewalk at Sunday’s Art in the Alley event in downtown Oceanside, CA.

     

    The artwork was created by Joey Chavez, a former Marine, and founder of JC Gallery & Studio, a contemporary art gallery.

     

    Chavez’s goal is to expand art in the community and unite local artists for inspiration, friendship, and cooperation.
