    BAD Cops vs GOOD Cops & My Apology to Ms Whalen

    First I want to apologize for labeling the caller as a potential racial profiler. Of course one could argue that we ALL racially profile. But my sincerest apologies to her. Yet through all of this conflict and suspicions there seems to be a need to understand the difference between a BAD Cop & a GOOD Cop because we don't want to racially profile cops either :)
