While President Barack Obama, Professor Henry Gates, Jr.,, Colin Powell, and/or others base their opinions on worthless racial profiling innuendo….that is light years away from addressing truly serious Constitutional violations…..

There have been law abiding truly innocent U.S. born Black men, women, and/or their siblings who have:

1. been jailed and fined without just cause.

2. had their good names maligned without cause.

3. property taken from them without just cause.

4. been egregiously violated by agents and officials of government.

5. been maimed or killed by rogue police officers.

......”One Nation, Under God, With Liberty and Justice for All” is definitely not the reality of it.  Illegal and undocumented immigrants, etc., receive more benefit from elected officials at every jurisdiction than law abiding U.S. born Black men, women, and/or their siblings.

Unethical individuals reap huge benefits at taxpayer’s expense while law abiding U.S. citizens who play by the rules and/or who have served this nation honorably in the military, during times of War:

……. are denied “Equal Justice and Protection Under the Law, are jailed, fined, have their good name and reputation maligned, have their lawful right to work egregiously violated, etc., all without just cause.

Furthermore, producing your birth certificate is easy to do, President Barack Obama.  This would clear up once and for all any question of U.S. citizenship, that is if the birth certificate is legitimate.
