    1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee, currently gets 8 mpg, air conditioner blows hot air. The power steering just broke this past weekend.

    I went to my local Chrysler dealer, they matched the government offer of $4500. I used the $9000 to get a brand new PT Cruiser for only $8900 (Before taxes,fees etc.)
