This iReport is part of an assignment:
iReport card: First 100 days |
Mixed Results!
President should receive A+ on all fronts but F+ on their details. President should have exercised greater control over the methodology of need assessment in relationship to the spending of stimulus money. In a country where almost everything has been in the hands of corrupt local politicians and managers, President should have set up need assessment centers by state, county, city, institution and project, so citizens could have cast votes in relationship to the intensity of needs (not wants) of their communities. This could have been done easily by a simple computer program at local libraries, and id check of local residents--within a specific allowable time, of course.
