JUST IN: Man Shot to death (eye witness interview)
Less than two hours ago, a knife weilding man was shot to death by cops in San Diego, CA, outside Horton Plaza.
The black male reportedly stole a knife from a near-by store and was about to loot nearby restaurant, Bandar, before he was rendered dead.
Witnesses say he was not a threat and that "the cops could have subdued him without fatal shots to his chest."
