Health Care - Does the Constitution embrace this?
The Preamble to the United States Constitution sets the stage for an interpretation justifying Federal Health Care. The phrase, "Promote the General Welfare," certainly has a socialistic ring to it. This is a response to many townhall goers who maintain that nothing in the Constitution hints of a Federally backed plan.
