Tarte flambée
I live in Strasbourg; I have decided to send in this picture of "Tarte flambeé", taken by my husband, which is the local fastfood, very popular here! It is mainly composed of crème fraîche, onions and bacon on a very thin piece of dough and baked in a very hot oven for a couple of minutes and must be eaten quickly after it's been served because it does not taste good when it is cold.Tarte flambeé is also available in other savoury and sweet flavours.

LOL I think I got the pictures mixed up, I have tried again I hope the next one will be correct, sorry about that:p This pic was taken in Darwin Australia .... well nothing to do with France...lol
