Democrats and Republicans are Duped by Bankers
Growing up, my dad used to always tell me stories about the racist south. He would talk about how in the old days blacks were often killed by members of the KKK for no apparent reason. According to daddy, rich bankers would get the common folks riled up about some injustice and these folks would go seek revenge against some black person. In reality, it was usually the banker himself who had done the dirt and the common folks would usually kill an innocent black man. Some blacks would react by joining the Panthers and other organizations to fight racists. These guys would usually just get put in jail or become the walking wounded. Neither the KKK nor the Panthers ever addressed their common enemy. Here we are 50 years later and a similar scenario is occurring between the democrats and republicans..
The banking elite have stolen trillions of dollars from the American people; yet, most Republicans are upset about a few billion going to distressed homeowners or going to feed people who need food stamps. What these common folks fail to realize is that they too will be needing food stamps and extra government help if things continue to go in this same direction. They protest about a few billion being wasted here and there, but they are almost silent about the trillions being wasted by elite bankers at higher levels. While octo-mom needs a security guard, George Soros walks around freely as he makes deals with politicians and places bets that the dollar will crash.
The delusion on the democratic side is even more tragic. Any attempt to criticize Obama is met with accusations of racism. The Republicans have made some valid points about the reckless spending and resulting pressures on the dollar and our creditors. It has all fallen on deaf ears because any criticism of a black president is considered to be racist. Also, after 8 years of Bush, it will be years before the Republican Party can gain any credibility. It is tragic that Democrats are not interested in the fact that the American people have only gotten crumbs from this administration. Unfortunately, the few crumbs that they were given will be paid back to the government in the form of higher taxes as trillions of taxpayer money has gone from the treasury to the banks. Obama smiles as he breaks the back of what remains of the unions; Obama acts concerned as the foreclosure rate continues to go up; Obama scratches his head as over 250, 000 jobs are lost each month-over 2 million since he has become president; Obama rubs his belly as he allows what remains of the American manufacturing base to be shipped overseas; and most important Obama worries about the polar bears as he promotes CAP and trade legislation that will cost each American citizen over $3000 a year-money that most Americans don't have. While average Americans lose their homes and credit, Goldman Sachs offers the highest bonuses for its employees in the company's history. I guess that Goldman is optimistic about the trillions that they plan to make selling carbon credits.
The more things change, the more they stay the same. Once again Americans who should be on the same side have been duped. Democrats and Republicans fight each other when the elite bankers are their common enemy. At this time, I must congradulate the elite bankers for a job well done. On a sadder note, I offer my condolences to the American people. This was once the greatest country in the world.
