    Federal Judge Indefinitely suspends American Citizens 6th amendment right to a speedy trial

    The court finds that the continuance outweighs the best interests of the
    public and the defendant’s right to a speedy trial under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(A).

    A federal judge has Denied the basic 6th amendment right to a black American man who was being held for publicly complaining and filing complaints against  federal prosecutors (marietta Parker, Lanny D. Welch, Terra D. morehead).

    for over 5 years Guy Neighbors has stood by his innocents, for the last 5 years Guy Neighbors along with Carrie neighbors have been accused of operating the largest fencing operation of buying and selling of stolen goods yet after 5 years there has been no trial and to this date the federal charges were dismissed once by a federal judge only to be brought back again 1 week later. Most of the items seized from the supposed fencing operation were never confirmed as stolen and almost 95% or the items seized are currently missing from the Lawrence Kansas police department’s evidence room.

    This is a Huge problem for the Kansas Department of justice as the Lawrence police department has dealt a large quantity of lies to the federal prosecutor, who now is under investigation along with the Lawrence police department. The strangest item about this case is the fact it is still in court…….. How long does it take to prove someone was committing a crime 1 year, 2 years, 3 years ? try 5+ years especially when they are innocent.
