difference between loitering,lobbying,tresspassing
lobying is the perfectly legal act of meandering about a public lobby for no reason at all if necessary and for as much time as we please, for they are zoned for that kind of use by the community and as lobbies, acces to them can not be restricted to the public for whose use and diversin it was placed therefor (the lobby) and public can not be constrained or regulated othr that in regards to decency, bt ot in regard to hwat kind of legality they do or for how long;they have been zoned for community use, like in hotels and coffee houses, specially if such equipped with broadband access.loitering does not apply nor does tresspassing then under these circumstances' but check it out, here is a mugshot of mine ust in case, for i am no licensed lawyer and cannot exercise law withuth a license...your contribuor, manuel r loez
