Cosby and our governor, Ed Rendell held a news conference to that celebrate the many, but steady improvements on the (PSSA - Pennsylvania State Standardized Assessment) in both math and reading. Governor Rendell and Bill Cosby have criticized the Senate Republicans’ because they have submitted a proposal to provide less money for public schools throughout Pennsylvania than the Democratic governor has proposed.
