    desperate attempts to tame the fire...

    all day, the planes dropped water 660 times.

     

    unfortunately, they werent enough, and now the marathon and sxinias area,

    -behind marathon lake, towards the sea, where the olympic rowing center is and close to the marathon tomb -

    are on fire. We are hoping that during the night the fire wont destroy the pineforest of sxinias beach ..
