    UC Irvine School of Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky introduces the student who will cut the ribbon to hail the start of classes at the new law school: Acrivi Coromelas, a San Gabriel, Calif., high school English teacher and graduate of Grinnell College and Claremont Graduate University. Coromelas was the first student to commit to attending UCI School of Law.
