International Forum the Photographic Report an Society
REVELA is an initiative by Oleiros Town Council, in Galicia, to promote the encounter between social reality and the public through photography.
The exhibition of photojournalism was inaugurated in the Park Jose Martí, of Santa Cristina, Oleiros, and it will remain opened until 6 of September.
Many are the reasons which lead us to create a forum for dissemination, reflection and debate that contributes towards forming an opinionated society.
REVELA presents images by the world’s most outstanding photographers, main international photographic agencies and most well-known media.
REVELA calls for a dialogue in which victims, organisations involved, professionals, volunteers, communicators, intellectuals are all present.
REVELA promotes photography as a act of reflection and creates an international forum for the development of new reporting projects aimed at denouncing injustices and which offers a working grant of 12,000 euros.
