Black Surfers have Memorial Paddle Out
On Sunday, the Black Surfing Association, conducted a memorial paddle out in honor of Monte Valentin, a body surfer who was killed riding the waves at the wedge in Newport Beach. The paddle out was held at the Inkwell a formerly segregated portion of Santa Monica Beach, California.
