This iReport is part of an assignment:
Remembering Ted Kennedy |
Senator Ted Kennedy Takes His Final Ride to Arlington
America lost a great man, with the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy. He never lost sight of why he was sent to Washington and that was to get the job done. A great father, a great brother and a great American. His passing really is the end of an era and I shudder to think of a Senate without his wisdom and desire to get the job done. I hope for the sake of us all, someone from his side of the aisle steps up to accept the challenge to fill his shoes.
Rest well Teddy. I hope you can once again join John and Bobby in a good old fashioned touch football game.
