Fifteen years ago. A little boy was Born to a drug depentant bipolar mother. After a while with just cause he was takeen away and put in foster care. You know the system. After being also abused in some of them he was sent to my Brother and Partner as foster parents.

They already had a baby girl a few months old. Ray being about 4 was great.

Time went on, a few months as the family was bonding. The little baby girl was about to be rejoined with her grandparents.

Now for the little Girl that was a great thing. Her grandparents are very loving and caring people and will only do what is in the best for her. Also 9 years later they keep in touch with Ray and his family now.

But for Ray, it was not so good. At this point not only being drug/drink syndrome. Abuse by parent and foster families he finally gets attached to the baby and she is taken away.

The phone rings a few weeks later and there was another baby boy that needed to be place and he would be adoptable.

OH well bring him home if that is the case as we do not want to put Ray threw anymore hurt. Along comes Justin. A few weeks old. Needing to go threw withdrawals they opened there arms and were on their way to nursing him back to health. The dimple smiling face is doing fantastic.

OOPS the phone rings again. On the other end is a social worker and she says. We have found a sister to Ray would you consider taking her. she also is adoptable. wow now not only a handsom loving son and a dimple smiling face baby. They then opened their arms to Maggie. OH and she was about 1 1/2 years old and wow beautiful.

What a family they started. OOPs! THE PHONE AGAIN. ON the other end the social worker says. We just found another sister to Ray and Maggie. Do you think you can take one more. She is adoptable. Oh bring her home it is working out so good with the boys and Maggie, Yes for sure bring her home.

Everyhting is going just great, Life is full of laughter, love, learning,So Kayla came home OH wow could not ask for more.

OOPS ! Phone rings again.

But this time it was to say. We have a baby girl that needs a home and she is the sister to Justin. OH well we took two more siblings of Ray's so is she adoptable. OH yes ! their mother can not have them every and there also has been about 8 more of her children out there. OH no this is enough thank you. Today Charles has made it possible with the other foster and adopted parents to keep those sibling each year have a reunion and stay in touch threw out the year. Now to open arms from parents and fourth children came Jayda. She also had to go threw pain of withdrawals but love she did not ever want for anymore.

That now is two parents 5 children. The children are doing really fantastic. some Honor students, some high Honor students. one to young but A+s all the way. They have been on an HBO special. They are loved by anyone that meets them. They are always asked back anywhere they go. They help hold each year a foundation for children in group homes need things and were able to get for one girl a scholarship to further her education. Computers bikes sewing mahines. OH so many thing. Which by the way goes directly to the child no middle person. And the child keeps for themself what they get. Even a day at a water park was provided for them. Each Christmas these five children give up their time to share time with some group home and have a real Christmas party !!!!

Well 10 years have gone by since Ray came. and yes the phone rings. The soial workers says. We have just found out that Ray, Maggie and Kayla's mom just gave birth to a baby boy. The baby has to go threw withdrawals and has Hepititis C. Would you think you could do one more. After great thought and many hours of worry about  their now adopted children a chance of being hurt. The family decided asked one question. IS HE ADOPTABLE? OH YES WITH THE MOTHERS BACK GROUND OF DRUGS, DRINKING, BEING BIPOLAR AND ABUSE, SHE CAN NEVER GET HIM BACK ! Well, now along comes (we will call him) baby boy. he came with drug rash. Very sick and they even sent a nurse with him. Now that issick ! One year and seven days go by. DYFS in front of these children take away a crying baby because Honorable Miquel de la Carrera J.S.C. of Passaic County NJ decided the baby would be better off with the drug abuser and law braker. Oh but she is in rehab, (AGAIN) Baby boy gets to be placed in a daycare all day everyday with strangers. And at night the most worth time for a drug abuser with his mother.

Now not trying to think negative. But only facts. This mother had a chance for 15 years to just stay clean for two years and come and join in with the childrens lifes. 15 years and not once. Even though threw tax payer money she had stated over and over rehab. She choose Drug, Liquar, and Men over her children.

Not only has this judge put this baby in harms way. But he has distroyed 5 other children !!!!

Ray, bio brother to baby boy said these words to his dad," you are a liar ! it is good to do drugs and hurt people. they did not put my mother away in jail. But she just keeps hurting us and it is just fine with the judge !" Little Jay can't sleep and cries for her brother. Maggie has become set back and more inward. Justing can not understand what the family did wrong to give a baby back to a person that keeps braking the law and gets the baby she did not even take care of . Now today the same judge say now of the children have rights to even see or speek on baby boys behalf as they were adopted and are no longer his siblings. Wowow How many time is it alright to hurt these five children. How many ? Let me add one more thing. The family the mother came from and will return is also gone threw the drug world. That is what baby boy will go back to. No perm. home. mother thumbs down. That is my opinion. What chance now does this baby have. OH But he will be a test to see if this works. sick very very sick. When does baby boy get to know uncoditional love for his life time ?
