    Central Indiana Flooding

    This is video from the flooding in Franklin, Indiana which is located 20 miles south of downtown Indianapolis. Franklin is the county seat of Johnson County which has quickly become a suburb of Indianapolis. We recieved between 6-10 inches of rain and are completely flooded. I captured great video and some good pictures.
