Citations From YouTube Video
Just a warning to my fellow ireporters...If your video shows shows that you made a traffic violation, you can be written citations and prosecuted. I was a bit taken off-guard when a state trooper showed up at my workplace and told me he was going to write me tickets based off a video that someone sent in and complained about. I'm ok with facing the music if I break the law, but what bothers me about this is that someone obviously broke copyright law in order to get me in trouble. Who is going after them?
