    Sept 7th, 2009. Chester, PA. Chester Fire Station #2 (82),
    320 East 14th Street, Chester, Pennsylvania, 19013. Vice President Biden celebrated Labor Day by visiting with local firefighters & their families in Chester, Pennsylvania- after kicking off a Labor Day parade in Pittsburgh earlier in the day. Scene here is VP Biden with 4 year old twins, Rylee and Reese Albany from Chester, PA.
