    320 East 14th Street, Chester, Pennsylvania, 19013. - PA. Senator Alen Specter (D), speaks to the Firemen and their families. He is shown with his wife, Joan. They were traveling with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and celebrated Labor Day by visiting with local firefighters & their families in Chester, Pennsylvania- after kicking off a Labor Day parade in Pittsburgh earlier in the day.
