This iReport is part of an assignment:
Reaction to Obama education speech |
Protest on ban of Obama's speech
McHenry High school's [East and West Campus] administration is with-holding the students right to view the upcoming Obama speech. Amoung the 60-70 students that have been standing outside the school on the sidewalk, protesting with signs to passing vehicles and people to get everyone involved, Nick Langlois, whom oprganized the protest, is speaking his mind against administration. Something most teenagers wouldn't stand up for. We believe that our president is here to talk to us aboutour education and our future as Americans. I think we should at least be allowed to hear that. It is a part of the Constitution.
