    Firefighters rescue mission... Fire Engine!

Firefighters responded to a 911 call in Valley Village California. The call was related to an "unknown water problem in the street when the road way buckled" Captain Steve Ruda said.

The 42,000 lb Engine was nose first deep in the sink hole. Thankfully all firefighters escaped safely.  Severe damage was done to this half a million fully equipped engine.

With one failed attempt another crane was brought to the site. It was a seven hour ordeal removing the fire Engine that was stuck in the sink hole. Yes, I remained the entire time till the job was complete!
