We all heard him correctly tonight, the public option is STILL on the table as originally planned.  On this night, the president addressed his critics, called out the liars, and acknowledged credit where it was due.

What was amasingly obvious was the republican angst when reminded of the not so distant past when they drove up the deficit with unfunded wars and left the country in recession.  As republicans squirmed in their seats as some of their greatest fabrications of the health care debate were exploited and impugned, one GOP leader was lead to shout out "you lie", as the president addressed  insuring illegal aliens.

At this point, the GOP is desperate to seek relevance in this debate and have been exposed at every turn seeking to spook seniors and anger their care providers.

Great Speech Mr. President.  I certainly hope that all the GOP minions were watching and not asleep at the wheel, for tonight, the party has been deeply exposed.
