Passions over health care reform |
Brilliant
Brilliant! I thought I had heard all I wanted to about the healthcare debate. As the richest nation in the world, it is laughable how archaic (and unfair) our healthcare system is. Obama's speech was excellent. It brought home the realities of our problems, the logic in curtailing wasteful spending in other areas to create a program that is fair for all and the soundness in ensuring healthcare should actually improve Americans' health rather than making insurance companies, etc. rich off the struggles/anxieties of those w/o a voice (or the money) to fight back. It is so great to have an advocate for the people in the White House for a change. God bless Obama. God bless America. Let freedom (and truth) ring.
