Planning a family dinner trip to LITTLE MEXICO is "A MUST" for the citizens of Snellville, Ga. Conveniently located, but somewhat off the beaten paths of many of other restaurants in the area, LITTLE MEXICO is for sure, one of Snellville's best hidden treasures.

The restaurant is located at 1830 Scenic Hwy.(124), in the Verizon shopping strip, just north of Ronald Reagan Parkway heading towards Lawrenceville. It has been in business for about a year. So, not many people in the area know about its existence.

However if you are a connoisseur of fine Tex-Mex cuisine and wished for a local family friendly Mexican restaurant that provides great tasting food with great service at reasonable prices, then your prayers have been answered. The "Icing on the Cake" is that their "OurTown" Margaritas are insanely delicious.

LITTLE MEXICO is a family owned and operated business. The owner Mr. Octavio Marin and his son, Mr. Oscar Marin, along with his sister Luz Elna, are waiting to win your patronage on a regular basis. Together they will serve you the best combination of authentic/ Tex-Mex delightful dishes to perfection. The servings are plentiful and the service is second to none.

"We have lived in Lawrenceville for almost ten years, since bringing our family recipes from Mexico. My family comes from a restaurant heritage. Cooking great tasting dishes of homemade food is in our blood", explains Oscar Marin.

He continues, "After finishing high school at Bermark, my father decided it was time to fulfill a family dream of opening our own special style of Mexican restaurant in Snellville. We know it won't be easy, but nothing in life worth having never is anyway. All we ask is for the people of Snellville to come and dine with us one time...We know that they will be back for a second, third and fourth time".

Currently, their busy on the weekends, so make sure to get there early. However the best family deals can be had during the middle of the week, between 3:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. For the mature crowd who's taste leans toward the liquid thirst quenching side, their newly named OurTown Top Shelf Margaritas will definitely have you licking your lips !

LITTLE MEXICO also offers catering for families, churches, non-profit organizations and after school events. Its also a great place for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries or simply entertaining out of town guests.

Take Oscar's challenge....Don't plan on cooking ...Pick up your kids from school....Head to the border of LITTLE MEXICO.
