This iReport is part of an assignment:
Are you a Beatlemaniac? |
BM is an insidious disease
When I lost my Dad in '66 I soothed my soul in Beatle melodies. A friend had dropped off all the Beatle LP's of the day and I lost myself in those grooves. My case of Beatlemania came on strong - BM is an insidious disease - such sweet poison - such soothing elixir. I feed my addiction to this day, 43 years later. In fact, just yesterday, I received in the mail my pair of Spring Court Trainers just like the ones John Lennon wore on Abbey Road - not those Chuck Taylor 'Peace' sneakers - the real deal plimsol that Lennon wore! Now that is strong Beatlemania!
Grow your hair for peace! You've got a lucky face!
