"Alexander The Great" - NOT for plundering Egypt!

The immigration of Greeks to KeMeT (Egypt) for the purpose of their education began as a result of the Persian invasion (525 B.C.) and continued until the Greeks gained possession of the land and access to the Royal library through the conquest of Alexander the Great.

The Greeks, among all the surrounding nations, were the most anxious to obtain the valuable secrets of the Egyptians in the ancient Sciences and it would appear the greatest opportunity came to them to accomplish this desire when Alexander the Great invaded Egypt. Egypt was regarded as "the educational center" of the ancient world and that like the Jews, the Greeks also visited Egypt and received their education. As CENTERS OF EDUCATION, the temples and libraries of these cities contained very valuable books.

Anaxarchus accompanied Alexander the Great on his campaign against Egypt. It

follows that since Alexander's conquest of Egypt had brought the Greeks their long hoped for opportunity, i.e. access to the Egyptian Library and Museum [i.e. theft and thievery of its contents], we would naturally expect Alexander and his friends, and the invading armies---to have helped themselves with the Egyptian books.

After the invasion by Alexander the Great, the Royal temples and libraries were plundered and pillaged and Aristotle's school converted the library at Alexandria

    into a Research Center.

There is no wonder the production of the unusually large number of books ascribed to Aristotle has proved a physical impossibility for any single man within a lifetime. It is therefore an erroneous belief that the Greeks (Europeans) set up a great university at Alexandria on Egyptian (African) soil and turned out great scholars.

We can see how comparatively easy it was for the Greeks to strip other Egyptian libraries of their books in order to maintain the new Library at Alexandria after it had been already looted by Aristotle and his pupils.Had it not been for this drama of Greek (European) philosophy and its actors, the AFRICAN continent would have a different result and purpose today and would have enjoyed the status and respect among the nations of the world it once had.

Consequently, this theft of the AFRICAN legacy by the Greeks led to the erroneous world opinion that the African continent has made no contribution to civilization and that its people are naturally backward.

This is the misrepresentation that has become the basis of race prejudice which has affected all people of color.

Therefore the Greeks did not carry civilization of their own to Egypt, on the contrary found a very highly developed AFRICAN culture, the survival of

which was maintained by the use of Egyptian priests and Scholars as teachers.

The contributions to civilization mentioned here and others forgotten were truly made by the Egyptians and the AFRICAN continent, NOT by the Greeks or the European countries. (JAMES)

In "FIRST WORD" by Dr. Yosef A.A. Ben-Jochannan writes:

The Greeks themselves explained that the Ancient Egyptians were Black. One piece of evidence was written by an ancient Egyptian in the “Papyrus of Hunefer,” in which Hu-nefer the high priest and scribe wrote, "We, the Egyptians, came from the beginning of the Nile, where the god Hapi dwells at the foothills of the "Mountain of the Moon."

Let's break that down, and see where he's talking about:

The beginning of the Nile we find two different places, the farthest being the White Nile in UGANDA; the second being the Blue Nile in ETHIOPIA. Both of these waters join together at Khartoum in Sudan. They continue north where they join another body of water coming out of the Ethiopian highlands called the Atbara River in Sudan. From there the Nile empties into the great sea now called the Mediterranean. The ancient Egyptians themselves stated where they came from.(JOCHANNAN)
