Tiger Jumps Fence, Kills Zoo Worker...
A tiger in Vietnam zoo jumped an electric fence, killed one zoo worker and injured another before it was captured, a story by News.com.ausaid.
The men were planting trees at the Dai Nam zoo in the southern Binh Duong province when the cat apparently became agitated by the noise of the crane they were using, the story said.
They hid in a water-filled tunnel, but one of the workers crawled out onto the soil where he was killed. The injured worker is in stable condition.
This is the first incident of its kind at the zoo, where they have nine adult tigers and seven infant tigers. Tigers are a protected species in Vietnam, and the government allows some private tiger farms in southern Vietnam, such as Dai Nam, to keep dozens of the endangered anmals.
