    Open Letter

Dear US Armed Services Sub-Committee of the US Senate,

At 9:08 PM, May 13, 2008 two Seahawk helicopters circled my house for almost eight minutes, alarming both my family and a close neighbor. These four officers and six crew were committing nothing less than a hate crime. Why? Because this incident was an act of direct harassment in retaliation for my video taping and visually protesting the rotten low fast dangerous flying they have been leashing on the village of Descanso and the surrounding valleys for years.

It is ironic that this stunt occurred almost one year before the crash of a Seahawk helicopter on May 19, 2009 off the coast of San Diego.  I can’t help but wonder in this voyeured strange ‘in your face’ new world, with the mass sharing of video recordings, that I may be posting the same pilots and crew that died in that crash. If that be or not be the case I mean no disrespect to anyone except those pilots involved in the harassment. I mean them a lot of disrespect, returned disrespect.

I have but one motive here and that is to save lives by directing some attention by the handlers to address and correct what I see as a dead end burn for everybody involved, especially the school children at the Descanso School. I can tell you one fact, which should become obvious from these three videos, these Navy officers helicopter pilots have a bad attitude and altitude problem. The civilians on the ground are not their enemy, so why treat them so?

This video, Nightriders, the first of a three part series,  documents three separate Seahawk incidents, April 22, 2008, May 5, 2008, May13, 2008, flown by what I believe are the same crews. The second video, Low Riders, documents the incredibly low flying by two Seahawk pilots, over a populated area with churches, library and school. The third video, Dereliction, documents a series of low and more recent Seahawk burns across the Descanso Valley.

The helicopters are most definitely from the NAS North Island facility and based on the newspaper reports of the May 19, 2009 crash are probably part of the NAVY antisubmarine capability there.

Why in the hell the Seahawk (officers) pilots suddenly take out to fly inland and roughshod through the Sad Diego east county mountain passes, appearing to be playing tag, is beyond my astonishment and comprehension, shown by mouth gaping stares. I am obviously recording joy rides with each repeated incident reducing my astonishment (shock and awe) which has slumped to an angry realization that they are allowed to do this shit since there is no displayed fear of any retribution and they don’t stop coming back. You will see that they come back over and over to do the same thing even repeating on the next day. I can’t help but believe that this behavior is encouraged, or officially condoned and encouraged by their bosses and may even be some tension releasing reward for a job well done when training at sea. If this is the case and the Navy is using the San Diego east county for low altitude training then the FBI should step in and some careers should roll.

My long time held profile is that these helicopter crews are part of the Navy Seals training program and they are training by dropping Navy Seals (desert) inland possibly at the Imperial County Navy Carrizo area.  Be that the case these low altitude flights are then part of that training. That doesn’t explain the low altitude burns back to the sea (see video 2 Lowriders). It would explain that the Navy has some explaining to do, that is if we are a still a really free not militarized democracy. Hell. They may just be going out to buzz a nudist camp. I don’t know. Wouldn’t surprise me.

    PS

In 2008, I sent a DVD Video, titled Dereliction, with (hours) all the Nightrider and Low Rider material and a lot more to the Navy Department, Washington D.C. and got zip.

    End.
